Cheese Mixture

- 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Add Flavorings: Stir in the finely chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh or dried dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until fully integrated.
- Assemble the Bites: Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto one Ritz cracker. Top with another cracker to form a sandwich. Repeat the process with the remaining crackers and filling.
- Chill: Place the assembled bites in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before serving.

- For a stronger tangy flavor, substitute extra-sharp cheddar or add an additional teaspoon of pickle juice.
